Setting up a new employee Instructions
Please use this form to store and manage your new employee credentials
Here are the total components to setting up a new employee:

Step 1. Request assistance from corporate, Corporate sends out the new employee link.
Step 2. Fill out the form Below. It will auto save DO NOT SAVE OR EMAIL AN ATTACHMENT, please respond via the ticketing system once complete.
Step 3. Matthew and the Joe’s get to work setting up your requests
Step 4. Login to ISN. Set up ISN account for your new user (login to ISN, go to Admin, User Admin, Add new user)
Step 5. Set up HouseMaster Cloud for your new user (Login to cloud.housemaster.com)
Step 6. Set up Homegauge for your new user. Enter the license key into Homegauge to activate.
Step 7. Enter ISN API keys into Homegauge and HouseMaster Cloud for new user.
Step 8. New user Logs into Homegauge with newly created Cloud credentials and completes test upload
Step 9. Set up email for employees. Log into office.com with their credentials below.
Step 10. Book mark the following: office.com, cloud.housemaster.com. your personalized ISN shortcut.

Use this document to store credentials. There are instructions below for installing all apps needed for new inspectors.
ISN. – Customer Relationship Manager (Scheduling and booking inspections)
1. Log into your ISN account
2. Go to Admin – User Administration and click on Add a User.
Note: This page shows all current users on your ISN, check to see if the user has already been added first.
Fill out information for the new user such as username, password and any personal info.
Select the appropriate privileges.

Cloud- (Report Delivery System)
1. Go to cloud.housemaster.com and login
2. Click on dashboard, click on company directory
3. Scroll down to New company User. Fill out the form. This will create the users cloud and homegauge account
4. Enter Username and Password provided by franchisee

Homegauge- (Report Writing Software)
1. Click here to downloand homegauge: Download Homegauge
2. Click Download Homegauge
3. Install
4. Internet services, HG username and password, Log in with the cloud credentials above.

This video will give a Franchise Owner, office admin or Inspector the steps needed to generate a Repair List. It is important to understand the difference between Repair List Generator and the Repair Estimate Reports. Repair list generator is a manual tool that automatically pulls its content from the summary (Poor and Fairly rated items) of the report. The user will need to manually select whether they would like to accept as is, request repairs, request replacement or request additional information. The report can be shared via downloading the PDF.

This tool is the second tool that would be used after the Repair list generator or summary of the report have been reviewed. This is a manual tool that needs manual input to generate a report. The report can be shared via downloading the PDF.
