Repair Estimate Report (RER)

Introduction:

Housemaster now offers access to localized Repair Estimate Reports with every home inspection to help your deals stay on track. Home Buyers or agents simply click on the Repair Estimate Link in the inspection report, describe the repair or project and instantly get estimates on any common home improvements being considered. Instructions as follows.

• Log into www.cloud.housemaster.com
• Click “Inspection Report” to see “Repair Estimate Report” button.

• 

• Click “Repair Estimate Report (Beta)”

• 

• The tool will open to the screen below:

• 

• Manually enter in the items you want estimated; examples: toilet, window, door and choose from the options provided.

• 

• After selecting the item, select the quantity.

• 

•  Once quantity is entered, click “Add another project” to add more items to your report.

• 

• Repeat these steps until all items have been entered.
• Once complete, click “Print” at the top right.

• 

• You can either print or save as pdf.

•
