Order agreement Instructions

The purpose of this document is to provide instructions to our data entry specialists on the tasks needed to complete the HMS Order agreement data entry project. It will include the below instructions:

1.    Download the Standard Order Agreement Here
The template above is only used for a new Sure Start FBO. You can easily copy it and paste it into the Owners account. Name it "Standard Home Inspection Agreement". Map it to Standard Home Inspection hierarchy until you select the Standard Home Inspection service. Standard Home Inspection Type should be mapped to this Agreement at the top of the page. 

Note: Please verify if the FBO is sure start or existing. That will determine if you are doing step 1 or moving to step 2

2. If the user is an existing FBO, then log into ISN to gather their order agreement. Log in here: isnadmin.com/login#

You will use these credentials to log in to the above site:
Username: ewhitehouse
Password: 235sse23pp

3 Once logged in, click on the second tab labelled ISNs (244).
4 Search for the FBO by last name.
5 Once your search is located, click on Action, then, click on "Remote login to this ISN."
This opens the Franchise Owners ISN account. 
6 Click on Settings, Office settings, then Agreements.
7 Locate the Standard Home Inspection agreement. To the right click on the pencil to open up the editor. Copy the all the contents in the agreement. Paste it onto a word document. 
8 Download this macro program that will auto populate the ISN short code with the Onverity Short Code: Download Macro
9 Once it is downloaded, go to the word doc that has the custom order agreement and type press Control, Shift and R.

This will instantly start to replace the short code.
10 Once complete, log into the respective Users onverity account.
Go to settings, order agreements, + order agreements to the right. copy and paste the content from the word document. Save it.
